Address and "Federal Employer Identification Number" FEI/EIN Changes
Use the link at the bottom of the page to request an address change for the principal and/or mailing address of your business or the address of any officer/director/manager/managing member/general partner. Use the same link to request any FEI/EIN number additions or corrections.
- The principal address MUST be a street address.
- Include the file number assigned to your business entity by the Division of Corporations with your request.
- If the Registered Agent address has changed, you must fill out the appropriate form and pay the required statutory filing fee. Access the forms download page here.
- Do NOT send any other type request to this link.
If you submitted these changes on your Annual Report, it is not necessary to resubmit them here. Allow up to 5 business days for changes to be processed. Do not send duplicate requests. It will delay processing.
